Refund & Exchange Policy – HerPoshak

At HerPoshak, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.


Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

  • Exchange requests can be initiated by emailing us within 2 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your Order ID in the email.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with the price tag and receipt attached.

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  • Please note that differences in screen display settings, lighting during photography, and monitor resolutions may cause slight color or texture variation. These do not qualify as defects and are not valid reasons for exchange.

  • Exchanges or replacements will only be processed if the product has a manufacturing fault or was incorrectly delivered.

  • If a product purchased at full price goes on sale later, the exchange will be done based on the reduced price.

  • Currently, international orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  • HerPoshak reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to stock unavailability or other operational reasons. In such cases, customers will be informed via email or phone call.

  • Order-related queries must be made within 10 working days of placing the order.

  • Complaints must be reported within 2 days of delivery; claims after this period will not be entertained.


Who Can Request an Exchange?

You may apply for an exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, stained, or incomplete upon delivery.

  • The product does not match the size you ordered.

  • The item is unused and returned in its original packaging, with tags and protective stickers intact.


How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us within 2 days of receiving the item, stating your order number, the reason for exchange, and clear photos of the product (if it is damaged or incorrect).

  2. You may also contact us between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) by calling us at 0318 4644404.

  3. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
